Your right to delete your data
LaserPulse is operated by LAK Technology Inc. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process all verified requests within 30 days.
We do not sell user data and do not display advertisements.
If you connected LaserPulse using Facebook Login, we receive your Facebook user ID and access tokens required to publish content on your behalf. This data is used strictly for authentication and publishing functionality.

What data LaserPulse stores
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to LaserPulse, we store the following to enable publishing on your behalf:
Connected page names and IDs
Campaign content you generated
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data under any circumstances.
Section 2 — Facebook & Instagram
Use of Facebook and Instagram data
LaserPulse uses the Facebook and Instagram APIs to allow users to connect their accounts and publish marketing content on their behalf. This is the only purpose for which we access Facebook and Instagram data.
We access only what is necessary to:
- Authenticate the user via Facebook Login
- Retrieve the user's Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
- Publish content to pages or profiles selected by the user
We do not use Facebook or Instagram data for advertising, analytics resale, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the publishing feature you explicitly authorised.
Users can revoke access at any time by disconnecting their account within LaserPulse Settings, or by removing LaserPulse directly from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens are deleted immediately and LaserPulse loses all access to the connected account.
Facebook and Instagram user data is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used outside of the direct publishing functionality described above.

How to request data deletion
You can request deletion of all your data using any of these methods:

From inside the app — Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately removes your account, all brands, campaigns, and connected platform tokens.

By email — Send a request to
[email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address on your account.

Via Facebook — Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → LaserPulse → Remove. When you remove LaserPulse from your Facebook account, access tokens are revoked immediately and LaserPulse no longer has access to your Facebook or Instagram data.

What gets deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, LaserPulse permanently removes:

Your user account and profile information

All brands and brand settings you created

All campaigns and generated content

All connected platform tokens (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, WordPress)
✓
All scheduled and published post records
✓
Billing records may be retained as required by applicable financial and legal regulations
