What counts as a campaign?

A campaign is a production run for a topic or goal. It can contain multiple content assets; an individual post is not the same thing as a campaign. The formats available depend on your plan and the destinations you select. Starter focuses on social content; Professional and above add blog, email newsletter, and WordPress capabilities.

Do longer billing terms increase my monthly allowance?

No. Six-month and 12-month billing reduce the subscription cost. Your plan’s campaign allowance remains monthly; prepaying does not make the entire term’s campaigns available at once.

How are the savings calculated?

Six-month billing saves 10% compared with six payments at the monthly rate. Twelve-month billing saves 20% compared with twelve monthly payments. Each card shows the full amount billed and the saving for that specific term. All amounts are in USD.

How many image regenerations are included?

Each campaign image includes up to 3 regenerations, with a combined limit of 15 image regenerations per campaign. Your first generated image does not count as a regeneration.

How many custom visual-training sessions are included?

Studio and Agency include 2 training sessions per brand per billing month. Each session uses at least 10 reference images. Purchase additional training credits for more sessions. Training sessions are separate from AI Video Credits.

Does every plan include generated videos?

AI video generation is available for Professional, Studio, and Agency. Your plan includes 1,800, 3,000 or 9,000 AI Video Credits per month, respectively. Track your AI Video Credits and preview the credit cost before generating. Existing video uploads are separate and do not consume AI Video Credits.

Does publishing work with every platform?

Direct publishing requires a supported integration, an authorized connected account, and the necessary platform permissions. A content format or downloadable asset does not automatically mean direct publishing is available for that destination. Confirm your required channels during a demo.

What happens when I reach my campaign limit?

Your subscription includes a defined monthly campaign allowance. Once you reach it, additional campaign runs require more capacity. Choose a higher-capacity plan for sustained growth, or contact us to discuss your requirements.

How does pooled capacity work?

Studio’s 90 campaigns are shared across its two brands. Agency’s 180 campaigns are shared across up to 15 brands. These are account totals, not an allowance for each individual brand.

Do I still review the content?

Yes. Review the wording, facts, images, and destination before publishing. LaserPulse brings production steps together; your business retains responsibility for the content it approves.

Can I see the product before choosing?

What about cancellation, refunds, and my data?

Review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement before subscribing. Billing term, cancellation, refund eligibility, and data handling should be understood before payment; longer billing terms should not be interpreted as a promise of automatic prorated refunds.
