Permission to publish to the destination and access to its authorization account.
Step by step
Open Publishing
Confirm the brand and inspect the connection status for each destination.
Connect the required destination
Use the platform connection control and complete the provider authorization. Select the intended profile or business page.
Check the posting identity
For LinkedIn, review Posting as and the available company pages or Personal Profile. For Meta, complete the Page selection requested by the connection dialog.
Check the finished status
Return to Publishing and confirm Connected or Healthy. Action required or Expiring soon needs attention.
Reconnect when required
Use the connection controls when access expires or permissions change. Review scheduled work after reconnecting.
What success looks like
Publishing shows the intended destination identity and a healthy connection.
If something goes wrong
A successful provider login alone does not prove the right page was selected. Do not share passwords, tokens or application passwords in support screenshots.
