Create your first campaign

Go from a business goal to a campaign package you can review, improve and schedule.

Resources / Help Center / Create your first campaign

Before you begin

A brand, a campaign brief and an available campaign allowance. Connect destinations before publishing; you can create and review content first.

Step by step

  1. Choose the right brand

Open your workspace and check the selected brand. If you manage several businesses, select the business this campaign belongs to before choosing a topic.

  2. Prepare the context

Open Brands and complete the brand description, core audience and brand voice. Add a brief that explains your offer, audience, goal, facts and call to action.

  3. Open New campaign

Choose a suggested topic or write your own. Select the brand and campaign strategy. Use Manage briefs to check the brief; sources are optional supporting material.

  4. Review visual direction

Start with the saved brand settings. Use Override for this run only when this campaign needs a different look.

  5. Generate and choose an angle

Start generation. Review the ideas and use Read full idea before selecting the angle that best fits your goal. Confirm the selection and let the campaign finish.

  6. Review the package

Open Review Campaign Package. Read the blog and social formats, check images, revise inaccurate claims and approve the content you want to use.

  7. Schedule after review

Open the calendar or publishing controls. Check destination, caption and time before confirming. After sending, inspect the published or failed status rather than assuming every destination succeeded.

Select the screen to enlarge it.

What success looks like

The package appears in Campaign History and the reviewed content is available for your next step.

If something goes wrong

Brief required means a brief needs attention. A building campaign is still processing. For a failed or incomplete campaign, inspect its message before starting another run.
