Build campaigns with your own images and captions

Before you begin

A selected brand, campaign brief and images or video you want to use.

Step by step

1. Choose the workflow

   For a complete campaign, open Create campaign and select the image source controls before generation. For a standalone post, open Use your own content.

2. Assign your images

   Upload one image for all selected outlets, choose a different image per outlet or mix uploaded and AI imagery. Check each preview. Your chosen uploads bypass AI image generation and remain your original artwork.

3. Generate the caption

   Use Generate caption for brand-aware writing. Your brand knowledge, active brief, audience, goals, tone and campaign direction guide the text. Refine or rewrite it without replacing the uploaded media.

4. Save a layout preference

   Edit the hook, paragraph spacing, CTA and hashtags. Choose Remember this layout for the brand to make that structure reusable. Forget saved layout removes the preference.

5. Review and publish

   Check the caption, image preview and outlet requirements before approval. If Instagram warns about image proportions, resize or replace the image before publishing. Choose the connected destinations and confirm now or a scheduled time.

What success looks like

If something goes wrong

Uploaded media does not use AI image-generation credits. AI writing still uses the normal account allowance. Fix an image-size warning before retrying the affected outlet.
