Use the available publish or schedule controls. For video, leaving schedule time empty sends the item to the publishing queue now.
Confirm deliberately
Read the final summary and submit only when you intend the content to be public.
Inspect the result
Use publish status, Recent publishes and the actual destination to verify success. Record the error for any failed destination.
What success looks like
The intended item is visible at the destination, with a matching published status.
If something goes wrong
A queued or publishing status is not proof of completion. Check for partial success before retrying to avoid duplicate posts.
