We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform.

• First name and last name
• Email address

• Social media OAuth tokens (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest)
• WordPress credentials or connection tokens

• Processed securely via Stripe
• We store only: Stripe customer ID and subscription status
• We do NOT store card details

• Images, logos, and brand assets you upload
• Training images you provide for AI model-training features
• Content and media generated or derived from your inputs

• Content inputs, campaign settings, project data, logs and analytics

We use data to:

• Operate the platform and authenticate users
• Enable integrations with connected platforms
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Generate content and image outputs
• Train and apply brand-specific AI image models from media you upload, where you enable that feature
• Send transactional emails
• Improve system performance and ensure security

We use the following categories of third-party services to deliver functionality. These services process data only as necessary to provide the features you use.

• Payment processing providers
• AI content generation providers
• AI image generation and model-training providers
• Cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers
• LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest - social publishing APIs

A current list of named sub-processors is maintained in our Data Processing Addendum and is available on request. We update it with reasonable advance notice of material changes.

LaserPulse offers AI-assisted content and image generation. Certain features can train a brand-specific image model ("style model") from media you upload, so generated images reflect your brand's visual style.

Certain features may also allow customers to train models using authorized images of individuals, spokespersons, creators, employees, or other persons for whom the customer has obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents.

You are responsible for the media you upload. By uploading images or other assets for generation or training, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to do so, including for any identifiable person, logo, trademark, or other intellectual property contained in those assets.

Training assets and the models derived from them are processed only to deliver the feature for your account and are not used to train models for other customers. You may request deletion of uploaded training assets and any derived models at any time (see Data retention below and our Data Deletion page).

We only share data when necessary:

• With service providers listed above
• With connected platforms you explicitly authorize
• When legally required by law or regulation

We implement industry-standard protections including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential handling. All data is stored on infrastructure with appropriate security certifications.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Restrict processing
• Request data portability

California residents may request data disclosure, deletion, and correction. We do not sell personal data and do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain system integrity. Upon account termination, data can be deleted upon request.

Deletion requests may include uploaded training images, derived AI models, generated images, and other AI-generated outputs associated with your account. Requests for deletion of AI training assets may result in removal of associated trained models and may impact the ability to generate future outputs based on those assets. LaserPulse mobile apps do not collect location data, do not run ads, and do not process payments directly. All subscriptions are managed via the web platform.
