Step by step
Open video creation
Select the correct brand and open Create video.
Choose Upload footage
The current form accepts MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 100 MB and 3 minutes. Check the on-screen requirements in case limits change.
Choose the file
Wait for the upload to finish before navigating away or submitting another file.
Review the saved video
Play it and confirm that it is the intended version. Connect it to a campaign if useful for organization.
Prepare distribution
Approve the video, review its caption and choose destination and time before scheduling.
What success looks like
Your footage appears among saved videos and can be reviewed for distribution.
If something goes wrong
An unsupported format, oversized file or interrupted upload can fail. Keep the original file until the saved copy has been checked.
