Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaserPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users including direct accounts, agency accounts, and enterprise customers.

LaserPulse provides a content intelligence and automation platform for businesses and marketing agencies. The platform includes AI-assisted content generation, campaign management, voice learning, multi-platform publishing, and related tools.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Authorized integrations and platform connections
• All data and content you submit to the platform

Agency accounts are responsible for the activity of all client accounts they manage within LaserPulse.

You may NOT use LaserPulse to:

• Engage in illegal activity of any kind
• Scrape, abuse, or overload platform integrations
• Misuse API connections beyond their intended purpose
• Generate harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Overage fees apply when usage limits are exceeded
• No refunds unless required by applicable law
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle

When connecting third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, WordPress, etc.) you are responsible for:

• Having the legal right to connect those accounts
• Complying with each platform's own terms of service
• Ensuring content published through LaserPulse meets platform requirements

You retain full ownership of all content you create, input, or publish through LaserPulse. We process your content only to deliver the service. We do not claim any rights over your content or data.

LaserPulse generates AI-assisted content. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or factual correctness of AI outputs
• Legal compliance of generated content in your jurisdiction
• Specific business results or performance outcomes

LAK Technology Inc may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, security risks, abuse of the platform, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

LaserPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LAK Technology Inc is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
