Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaserPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users including direct accounts, agency accounts, and enterprise customers.

LaserPulse provides a content intelligence and automation platform for businesses and marketing agencies. The platform includes AI-assisted content generation, AI image generation, brand-specific AI model training, campaign management, voice learning, multi-platform publishing, and related tools.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Authorized integrations and platform connections
• All data and content you submit to the platform

Agency accounts are responsible for the activity of all client accounts they manage within LaserPulse.

You may NOT use LaserPulse to:

• Engage in illegal activity of any kind
• Scrape, abuse, or overload platform integrations
• Misuse API connections beyond their intended purpose
• Generate harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Upload, train on, or generate images of any person without their consent or your legal right to do so
• Upload media, logos, trademarks, or other materials you do not own or lack permission to use

LaserPulse allows you to upload images and other media, including assets used to train brand-specific AI image models. You are solely responsible for the media you upload and the models trained from it.

• Own the content or have all necessary licenses, rights, permissions, and consents to use it
• Have obtained consent from any identifiable individual whose likeness, image, or voice is included
• Have the right to create AI-generated or derivative works from the content
• Will not upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others

Trained models and the assets used to create them are processed only to deliver the feature for your account. You may request their deletion at any time as described in our Data Deletion policy.

Customer represents and warrants that any images, likenesses, voices, trademarks, brands, copyrighted materials, or other assets submitted for AI training, generation, enhancement, or model creation are lawfully owned, licensed, or otherwise authorized for such use. Customer assumes full responsibility for obtaining all required permissions and consents before using such assets with the LaserPulse platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LAK Technology Inc and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Content, media, or training assets you upload or generate
• Your use of AI generation or model-training features
• Any unauthorized use of a person's likeness, image, name, or voice
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Overage fees apply when usage limits are exceeded
• No refunds unless required by applicable law
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle

When connecting third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, WordPress, etc.) you are responsible for:

• Having the legal right to connect those accounts
• Complying with each platform's own terms of service
• Ensuring content published through LaserPulse meets platform requirements, including any AI-content disclosure or labeling rules

You retain full ownership of all content you create, input, or publish through LaserPulse. We process your content only to deliver the service. We do not claim any rights over your content or data, and we do not use your uploaded media or trained models to train models for other customers.

LaserPulse generates AI-assisted content. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or factual correctness of AI outputs
• Legal compliance of generated content in your jurisdiction
• Specific business results or performance outcomes

LAK Technology Inc may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, security risks, abuse of the platform, suspected misuse of AI training or generation features, or non-payment. We may remove uploaded media or trained models that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the rights of others. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

LaserPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LAK Technology Inc is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
